Job Overview

We are seeking a energetic and confident Telecalling Sales Executive to join our international sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills with a neutral or American accent and be comfortable engaging with prospects over the phone. This role involves generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales process through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients in international markets, primarily the US.
- Introduce company services and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments, demos, and meetings with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems and spreadsheets.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle objections professionally and build rapport with prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, international voice process, customer support, or sales.
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or American accent.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage prospects confidently over the phone.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in international calling or US-based sales campaigns.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and lead generation.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
