- Have experience in Corel Draw, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (Compulsory), Adobe Suite, Premier Pro, After Effects
- Be able to create graphic design, videos, and animation for learning and development modules
- Be able to design textbooks and learning material
- Be able to develop, edit, and add special effects to videos
- Understand project briefs and provide best-in-class motion graphic services
- Be able to interact with the team and execute projects on time to the desired quality
- Have reasonable spoken and written English skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Have patience and an eye for detail
- Willing to learn and try out recent things
