4+ years of experience in Retail and Merchandising reporting
- Communicates with various levels of management including P&A; Managers, Leads, other merchandising leaders, buyers, business analysts and planners. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and support strategic planning and allocation initiatives.
- Understand business’ reporting requirements to develop and deliver reports to be reviewed and confirmed by the Plano leader, buyers, and business analysts.
- Responsible for executing weekly reporting on various reporting platforms using tools and systems such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI & Python.
- Utilize data visualization techniques to communicate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses to address specific business questions and challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance metrics and design actionable performance reports that support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of internal databases and data sources to streamline data extraction and analysis processes.
- Analyze historical data to identify patterns and trends, offering insights that support planning and allocation decisions.
- Redefine and make functional changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence data availability and enhance the performance of current reports.
- Design and deliver training programs on reporting tools, and data analysis techniques.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in P&A; and data analysis.
- Leverage AI and Machine Learning tools to support predictive analytics, automation, and decision‑support solutions. Technical Skills & Core Competencies: Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Advanced Excel (VBA, Power Query and Power Pivots), Power BI, SQL, Datameer, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Python and other reporting tools.
- Experience with MicroStrategy, JDA, PIM or other related inventory managements systems
- Proficient in AI/ML tools
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate and Apps).
- Experience with data extraction, cleaning, and manipulation.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques. Core Competencies:
