We are looking for a creative and result-driven E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business. The candidate will handle website operations, online sales, product listings, digital promotions, customer experience, and marketplace management to increase revenue and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update the company e-commerce website regularly
- Upload and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing
- Monitor website performance, sales, and customer behavior
- Handle online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and sales teams
- Plan and execute online promotions, offers, and campaigns
- Track inventory and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams
- Improve customer experience and conversion rates
- Analyze sales reports and prepare performance reports
- Manage SEO basics for products and website visibility
- Handle customer queries, returns, and order-related issues
- Ensure smooth checkout and payment processes

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
