Job Summary

The Sanskriti School, Bhopal is looking for a passionate and talented Instrumental Music Teacher to inspire students through music education and performance training. The candidate should be skilled in teaching one or more musical instruments and capable of preparing students for school events, competitions, assemblies, and cultural programs. The role requires creativity, discipline, and the ability to develop students’ musical abilities across different age groups.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach instrumental music to students of different grades and skill levels.
- Provide training in instruments such as Keyboard, Guitar, Tabla, Harmonium, Drums, Violin, Flute, or other instruments.
- Develop lesson plans covering rhythm, notation, melody, scales, and performance techniques.
- Conduct individual and group practice sessions.
- Prepare students for annual functions, competitions, concerts, assemblies, and cultural events.
- Encourage creativity, teamwork, and stage confidence among students.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment during classes and rehearsals.




- Coordinate with school management for music-related activities and performances.
- Maintain musical instruments and ensure proper use of music room equipment.
- Promote appreciation of Indian and Western music traditions among students.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Music or Performing Arts.
- Proficiency in one or more musical instruments.
- Prior teaching experience in a school/coaching/music academy preferred.
- Strong understanding of music theory and practical performance.
- Valuable communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to organize musical events and student performances.
- Passion for working with children and nurturing talent.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of both Indian and Western instrumental music.
- Ability to guide school bands, orchestras, or ensembles.
- Basic audio/sound system handling knowledge.
- Creative and energetic teaching approach.

Salary

Salary: Best in Industry (Based on experience and skills)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
