Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace. The candidate will assist staff, handle routine tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of office premises, workstations, pantry, and washrooms
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing of documents
- Deliver and collect documents within and outside the office (courier/bank work)
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office setup
- Monitor and refill office supplies like stationery, water, and pantry items
- Support staff with basic office tasks as required
- Handle incoming/outgoing couriers and packages
- Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment





These duties are standard for office support roles and ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
- Basic understanding of office work
- Honest, punctual, and disciplined
- Physically fit and active
- Good behavior and communication skills
- Prior experience is a plus (Fresher can also apply)

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (depending on experience)
- Weekly off + leave policy as per company rules
- Prospect for long-term employment

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
