Role Description

We are looking for an RMC Plant Operator for a full-time, on-site role in Greater Noida. The operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring the Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) batching plant, ensuring accurate concrete production, maintaining equipment, and following quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor the RMC batching plant.
- Produce concrete as per the required mix design and production schedule.
- Inspect plant equipment and report any faults or maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with site teams and dispatch to ensure timely concrete delivery.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Follow quality control procedures and safety guidelines.
- Keep the plant and work area clean and organized.

Qualifications





- Experience operating an RMC batching plant.
- Basic knowledge of concrete mix designs and batching processes.
- Ability to operate plant control systems and equipment.
- Understanding of safety and quality standards.
- Valuable problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Experience in the construction or ready-mix concrete industry is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
