Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

* Generate current business through corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.

* Promote hotel rooms, banquet halls, conferences, weddings, and other hospitality services.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

* Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.

* Coordinate with the operations and banquet teams to ensure seamless execution of events.

* Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

* Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports.

* Experience in hospitality sales or a sales role.

* Prior experience in hotel, banquet, restaurant, or corporate sales is preferred.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
