- Minimum 3 years of experience in developing applications on the ATG Commerce platform in any of the major features in product catalog, purchasing and fulfillment services, targeted promotions, pricing services, merchandising services, order management in the retail space
- Should have valuable experience in Java and J2EE
- Strong object oriented programming skills with the ability to understand and implement design patterns
- Experience in web technologies including SOA and Web Service implementation would be an advantage
- Should be able to actively participate in the discussions with customer for both technical and functional requirements
- Should hold a combination of hands on technical experience and team management
- Proficient in iterative development methodologies like Agile Software Development,



Scrum and be able to suggest the best methodology on need
- Responsible for strategic direction and build a thriving technology consulting practice building a world-class technology consulting offering & making it a choice of work place for technology consultants
- Collaborate with the different business units and help them deliver unique consulting solutions
- Experience in leading change management projects involving changes in organizational culture through the selection and adaptation of creative best practice methods including re-engineering, outsourcing, and decentralization
