- Food Prep: Wash, peel, chop, and slice fruits, vegetables, and meats. Measure ingredients and follow recipes.
- Cleanliness: Wash dishes, pots, and utensils. Sanitize work surfaces, floors, and cooking equipment.
- Stock & Storage: Unload food deliveries, store items safely at correct temperatures, and rotate stock.
- Support: Assist cooks and chefs during busy rush hours and safely dispose of trash.
