AISCOR is Hiring – Performance Marketing Specialist (International)

AISCOR is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who has hands-on experience running international advertising campaigns and generating quality leads.

What you’ll Do:

- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns for international markets.
- Manage Google Search Ads, Google Demand Gen, Display Ads, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads.
- Optimize Google Business Profile for better local visibility.
- Create and test audiences, keywords, ad creatives, and landing pages.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Improve lead quality while reducing cost per lead.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports

Requirements:





- 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Business Profile.
- Experience with conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
