Procurement & Sourcing

Lead procurement activities for construction materials, equipment, machinery, tools, and services.

Source and evaluate suppliers, contractors, and vendors based on quality, pricing, reliability, and delivery timelines.

Develop and maintain a solid vendor network across construction and infrastructure sectors.

Obtain quotations, compare costs, and prepare commercial evaluations.

Vendor & Contract Management

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and service agreements with suppliers and contractors.

Manage vendor onboarding, performance evaluation, and relationship management.

Ensure suppliers meet contractual obligations, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

Resolve procurement and supply-related issues proactively.

Project Coordination

Coordinate closely with project managers, site teams, engineers, and finance departments to understand procurement requirements.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to avoid project delays.





Track procurement schedules aligned with project timelines and budgets.

Inventory & Cost Control

Monitor material consumption, stock levels, and procurement costs.

Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor documentation.

Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and budget tracking reports.

Compliance & Process Management

·Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

maintain transparency and accuracy in procurement processes.

Support process improvements and procurement system optimization.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
