Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

· Data Collection & Management: -

· Collect and accurately enter data from various sources and departments.

· Enter and maintain data with a high degree of accuracy.

· Regularly follow up with teams to ensure timely data gathering.

· Organize and manage data systematically, ensuring completeness.

· Data Analysis & Reporting: -

· Prepare detailed reports from the collected data.

· Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel to provide real-time insights to management. Generate reports and maintain MIS records for decision-making processes.

· Cross-check and verify data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

· Identify and highlight critical areas in data reports and system processes that need attention.

· Collaboration & Support: -

· Work closely with various departments to understand business operations and critical data aspects.

· Provide support and training to teams on data collection and reporting processes as needed.

· Follow up regularly with departments to ensure continuous and accurate data flow.

· Identify areas for improvement within data management processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

· Identify gaps in reports, systems, and operations, and follow up on critical due dates.

· Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.





· Ensure timely reminders to the team for optimal target achievement, coordinating with key functional heads.

· Monitor ongoing tasks and projects, tracking progress and promptly reporting any issues or delays to the management.

Key Skills Required for the Role:

- Proficient in advanced Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools and data modeling.
- Strong experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to understand business operations and critical aspects of data.
- Qualifications and Experience: -
- A bachelors degree (Graduate) is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or a related field
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain data confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
