Video Editor & Content Designer

Rushmark Media is looking for a versatile, detail-oriented Video Editor & Content Designer to join our creative team. This role is specifically designed for a hybrid creator who excels at high-impact, short-form video storytelling and aesthetically sharp social media carousels.

You will be responsible for taking raw assets and turning them into polished, platform-specific content that stops the scroll and drives engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Key Responsibilities

- Short-Form Video Editing: Edit fast-paced, engaging short-form videos (9:16). This includes adding exact captions, dynamic B-roll, sound design, and motion graphics that align with brand patterns.
- Carousel Design: Create multi-slide carousels that translate complex ideas into visually digestible and engaging graphics.
- Quality Control: Maintain a high standard for technical accuracy, ensuring no spelling mistakes in captions or graphical overlays.
- Brand Consistency: Adapt visual styles to match specific client brand identities while maintaining the "Rushmark" standard of quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to streamline the content pipeline from raw footage to final delivery.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Desktop) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or Figma).
- Visual Storytelling: A strong eye for pacing, rhythm, and layout. You know how to hook an audience within the first 3 seconds.
- Attention to Detail: Deep focus on typography, color theory, and audio leveling.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools (e.g., Trello or Miro).
- Adaptability: Comfortable working with diverse content types, from real estate and business interviews to creative mash-ups.
