About the Role:

LUCKY-TECH Membranes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman to join our growing Design team. We are hiring professionals across multiple experience levels, from freshers to experienced candidates, who possess strong drafting skills and a willingness to learn and grow.

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, layouts, and design documentation using AutoCAD while working closely with engineers and project teams.

Experience & Salary:

- Junior: 0 to 1 year of experience – ₹15,000 to ₹20,000
- Mid-Level: 1 to 3 years of experience – ₹20,000 to ₹40,000
- Senior: 3 to 5 years of experience – ₹40,000 to ₹60,000

Salary will be offered based on experience, technical skills, and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate 2D & 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Interpret engineering drawings, sketches, layouts, and design specifications.
- Modify and update drawings based on project requirements and client feedback.
- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project teams for design execution.
- Maintain proper documentation and organize drawing files systematically.
- Assist in site measurements and project coordination whenever required.
- Review drawings for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Stay updated with the latest AutoCAD features and drafting standards.





Required Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- 0–5 years of relevant AutoCAD drafting experience.
- Freshers with strong AutoCAD knowledge and project work are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and technical standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other CAD software.
- Experience with structural, mechanical, architectural, or electrical drawings.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, ISO, or AIA.
