Position Overview: The Manager in Module Quality leads the quality control department, managing all aspects of quality assurance for raw materials used in solar module manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the entire quality control department.
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes and standards.
- Conduct advanced quality inspections, testing, and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality improvement projects.
- Manage supplier quality assessments, audits, and performance evaluations.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality processes, metrics, and sustainability practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in quality control, including leadership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of advanced quality control processes, tools, and standards.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
