- Ensure adherence to design and quality specifications
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of material accounting

Operational

- Supervise and co-ordinate daily execution by various contractors
- Ensure construction as per agreed designs and cost management to maintain profitability
- Interpret drawings/ designs & ensure that these are accurately translated into execution
- Assist in preparation of detailed activity schedule
- Maintain and verify measurement sheets for various activities
- Ensure availability of materials, equipment etc that are to be provided at site
- Supervise work at site to ensure that contractors are executing as per contract and to required quality and contract specifications and work completion is on schedule
- Provide technical guidance on site as required and resolve critical issues on site
- Monitor the costs at site actively and ensure they are within budget
- Ensure that there is a conducive and secure work environment at the site
- Coordination with the others like- MEP, Structure and other departments

Developmental

- Keep abreast of developments in the area
- Safety and Quality adherence
