We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, ensure smooth communication, and enhance customer satisfaction in our real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client queries related to property sales and bookings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
- Coordinate with sales and site teams for client requirements.
- Assist customers with documentation and post-sales support.
- Maintain client records and update CRM systems.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
