The DAV Group - Chennai, was established in 1970 at Gopalapuram in Chennai with just 50 students. The Group today, caters to over 40,000 students across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. It has a staff of 2000 plus which includes 1,700 teachers. Eligibilty criteria
1.Diploma/Certification in Hospitality & Hotel Administration
2.Diploma in Food Production/Culinary Arts
3.Prior Experience as a faculty member in an educational institution.
4.Functional knowledge of Kitchen equipment,inventory tracking,ingredient costing,food safety standards.
