We are looking for a highly technical Email Deliverability Specialist to manage and optimize email infrastructure, sender reputation, and inbox placement across a multi-domain email environment.
This is not a standard email marketing role. We are seeking for someone with strong hands-on experience in diagnosing deliverability issues, analyzing mailbox provider behavior, and improving inbox placement through technical troubleshooting and infrastructure optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and resolve email deliverability and inbox placement issues across Gmail, Outlook/Microsoft, Yahoo, Apple Mail, and other mailbox providers
- Configure, validate, and troubleshoot SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, PTR/rDNS, BIMI, ARC, and DNS records
- Monitor sender reputation, domain health, bounce classifications, spam complaints, and blocklist status
- Analyze SMTP logs, email headers, authentication failures, delivery patterns, and mailbox provider signals
- Troubleshoot spam-folder placement, throttling, reputation degradation, and sending anomalies
- Optimize sending infrastructure for stable inbox placement and long-term sender reputation
- Implement deliverability monitoring systems, seed testing, inbox placement tracking, and domain health reporting
- Identify root causes of deliverability problems and implement corrective actions
- Work across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments

Required

- Proven hands-on experience in email deliverability, inbox placement, and sender reputation management
- Strong technical understanding of SMTP, DNS,



email authentication, and mail flow
- Deep expertise in SPF, DKIM, DMARC alignment, MX, PTR/rDNS, ARC, TLS, and domain reputation systems
- Ability to read and interpret SMTP logs, email headers, bounce responses, and spam signals
- Experience in diagnosing provider-specific deliverability issues across Gmail and Microsoft ecosystems
- Experience with deliverability monitoring, reputation tracking, and mailbox diagnostics tools
- Experience in managing large-scale or multi-domain email environments
- Experience in recovering sender reputation or resolving severe inbox placement degradation
- Familiarity with Google Postmaster Tools, Microsoft SNDS, GlockApps, MXToolbox, and related diagnostics tools

Shift Timing : 6.30 pm to 4.00 am (First 6 months) later into Mid Shift
