Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end procurement activities.
- Source and procure raw materials, fabricated components, pneumatic parts, electrical items, and standard engineering components.
- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor network.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely material availability.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning (PPC), Stores, Quality, and Finance teams.
- Monitor supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery.
- Conduct vendor evaluation, development, and audits.
- Ensure procurement complies with company policies and quality standards.
- Analyze material costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Track inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Prepare procurement MIS reports and purchasing KPIs.

Required Skills

- Solid negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of engineering materials and industrial procurement.




- Experience in vendor development and strategic sourcing.
- Good understanding of inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production schedules.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and procurement software.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Pneumatics, Vacuum Conveyors, Automation Equipment, Industrial Machinery, or Manufacturing Industry.
- Knowledge of pneumatic components, fabricated parts, machined components, electrical items, and bought-out items is preferred.

Qualifications

- BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Production) preferred.
- MBA in Supply Chain/Operations is an added advantage.
- 8–12 years of relevant purchase experience, including team handling.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
