Job Profile: SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

Location: Saket, New Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3–4 Years About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a client-facing role that involves ideation, design development, project coordination, and execution. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to create thoughtful, functional, and aesthetically engaging spaces.

At Thinkcutieful Pvt. Ltd., we specialize in designing mother-child spaces, residential interiors, commercial environments, and innovative indoor and outdoor spaces, creating experiences that seamlessly blend functionality, creativity, and user-centric design.

Key Responsibilities

Develop innovative design concepts tailored to client requirements and project objectives.

Design residential, commercial, mother-child spaces, indoor, and outdoor spaces with a strong focus on functionality, aesthetics, and user experience.Prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, material palettes, furniture layouts, and detailed design presentations.

Create design documentation, working drawings, and coordinate with the 2D and 3D design teams.

Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and project execution teams to ensure smooth implementation.

Interact directly with clients to understand project requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.

Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure execution aligns with the approved design intent.

Coordinate with project managers and execution teams to resolve on-site design challenges.

Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, finishes,



and construction techniques.

Travel to project sites whenever required.

Must-Have Skills

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

3–4 years of professional experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, or experiential interior design projects.

Strong command of AutoCAD, MS Office, and Canva. Knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other visualization software will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, time management, and organizational skills.

Strong understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, finishes, and execution detailing.

Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines.

A creative design sensibility with attention to detail and a passion for delivering purposeful, functional, and aesthetically refined spaces.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
