Job Summary

HIM Logistics Pvt. Ltd., a leading Customs House Agent (CHA), is looking for an experienced and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage key client accounts, oversee customs clearance operations, and ensure seamless coordination with Customs Authorities, Ports, Shipping Lines, Airlines, CFS/ICDs, and Transporters. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of customs procedures, EXIM documentation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Coordinate customs clearance activities with Customs Authorities, Ports, Shipping Lines, Airlines, CFS/ICDs, and Transporters.
- Monitor shipment movements and ensure timely clearance and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.




- Handle operational escalations and provide prompt resolutions.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, MIS, and client status updates.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Customs Clearance, CHA Operations, and EXIM procedures.
- Good understanding of import/export documentation, HSN Codes, and customs regulations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Customs Clearance, CHA Operations, Freight Forwarding, or EXIM Operations.

Salary

Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.

Monday to Saturday
