Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with a strong background in manufacturing industries. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting, compliance, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries (Purchase, Sales, Journal, Payment, Receipt)
- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
- Maintain ledger scrutiny and account finalization
- Handle GST compliance:
- GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filing
- Input credit reconciliation
- Manage TDS calculation and return filing
- Prepare monthly MIS reports
- Assist in finalization of accounts & audit support
- Maintain inventory accounting (important for manufacturing)
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, and consultants




- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements

Key Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax
- Experience in manufacturing accounting & inventory
- Good understanding of costing and stock valuation
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems
- Good command of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com /

Preferred Experience

- 5–7 years in manufacturing company
- Experience handling end-to-end accounts

Salary

- As per industry standards (based on experience)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
