Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Real Estate Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in real estate marketing, lead generation, client acquisition, and investor engagement. Candidates with exposure to the UAE/Dubai real estate market and a valid RERA certification will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, referrals, networking, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, investors, and prospective clients.
- Promote projects to NRI and international investors, particularly targeting the UAE market.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging opportunities.
- Coordinate with developers and sales teams to ensure effective project promotion and lead conversion.
- Manage property presentations, marketing collateral, project launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and real estate industry standards.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, lead tracking,



and marketing performance reports.
- Participate in property exhibitions, investor meets, and networking events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing, Liaisoning, or Property Sales.
- Prior experience in UAE/Dubai real estate marketing will be highly preferred.
- Valid RERA Certification is mandatory.
- Strong network with developers, brokers, channel partners, and investors.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Robust understanding of real estate market trends and investment opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in handling NRI and international investors.
- Knowledge of Dubai property market, regulations, and investment trends.
- Ability to independently manage marketing campaigns and client relationships.
- Target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
