Equity Dealer (Stock Market / Trading Desk)

Role Summary:

Looking for a skilled Equity Dealer with hands-on trading experience and strong client management abilities to drive trading volumes and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute client trades and share real-time market updates
- Provide trading calls based on research insights
- Operate trading platforms (DIET / NEST / ODIN)
- Generate brokerage and trading volume
- Build and manage client relationships
- Cross-sell Mutual Funds & Insurance
- Support Demat account opening & stock pledging
- Maintain client records and reports
- Conduct client calls/meetings (Zoom/Google Meet)

Requirements:

- 1–3 years in equity dealing / stock broking
- Strong market knowledge & compliance understanding
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Target-driven and client-focused
