The Community Mobilizer is the "roots" of our organization's outreach. This is a high-impact, *field-intensive role* designed for a self-motivated individual who excels at building grassroots networks. The primary objective is to penetrate local communities, establish institutional relationships, and generate a consistent flow of leads for our educational and CSR programs.

Key Responsibilities & Targets:

This position is *strictly target-based*. Performance will be measured against the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* *Institutional Networking:* Establish and maintain active partnerships with Self-Help Groups (SHGs), local Welfare Societies, and Government bodies (BDO/SDO offices).

- Lead Generation.
- Community Broadcasting
- Event Facilitation
- Experience:* Exactly *6 years of experience* in the Skill Training or Development sector is mandatory.
- This is a *100% field role*. Candidates must be comfortable with extensive daily travel and working outside an office setting.
- Network:* Existing rapport with local SHGs, BDOs, and SDOs is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
