We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Executive to support the implementation, coordination, and day-to-day functioning of the ERP system at the factory level. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external ERP vendors to ensure smooth system adoption and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with ERP vendor for system implementation, customization, and troubleshooting

Act as a bridge between factory team and management for ERP-related activities

Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and system updates

Support various departments (Production, Inventory, Dispatch, Accounts) in ERP usage

Monitor daily transactions and resolve system-related issues

Assist in data migration, testing, and system go-live processes

Train factory staff on ERP usage and best practices

Prepare basic MIS reports and dashboards from ERP





Ensure process discipline and adherence to ERP workflows

Key Requirements:

Graduate (B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech / Any relevant field)

2–5 years of experience in ERP handling / coordination / implementation

Experience in manufacturing or factory environment preferred

Basic understanding of modules like Inventory, Production, Purchase, Sales

Valuable coordination and communication skills

Hands-on approach and willingness to work at factory level

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle / Odoo / etc.)

Strong Excel skills

Problem-solving attitude

Ability to train and manage users

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
