Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Revenue Manager to optimize revenue generation and profitability for our properties. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring effective revenue management strategies, analyzing market trends, and forecasting demand to maximize occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room). This role requires a robust understanding of pricing strategies, distribution channels, and data analysis to drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies across all market segments and distribution channels to maximize total revenue and profitability.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market conditions, competitor pricing, demand patterns, and historical data to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Utilize revenue management systems (RMS) and property management systems (PMS) to optimize pricing, inventory, and availability.
- Forecast demand,



occupancy, and revenue accurately for short-term and long-term periods, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies, promotions, and packages, making recommendations for adjustments.
- Manage and optimize online travel agency (OTA) relationships, global distribution systems (GDS), and direct booking channels.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies, identify new business opportunities, and ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare and present detailed revenue reports, performance summaries, and forecasts to senior management.
- Participate in budgeting processes, providing revenue projections and strategic input.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes in revenue management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to revenue management.
