Restaurant Supervisor – Vegetarian Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our vegetarian restaurant. The successful candidate will lead the front-of-house team, ensure exceptional customer service, maintain operational standards, and support smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
- Lead, motivate, and support the service team during shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Monitor dine-in operations to maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order service.
- Manage table allocation, guest flow, and seating arrangements.
- Train new staff and monitor employee performance.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.
- Handle opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift reporting when required




- Take customer orders accurately at the table using the restaurant POS system.

Requirements

- 1-2years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar hospitality role.
- Freshers with a passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry are encouraged to apply
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
