Job Title: Robotics Teacher

Role Overview

The Robotics Trainer will primarily focus on teaching Robotics and Coding to K–12 students at client schools. The role involves delivering engaging classroom sessions, guiding students through hands-on projects, and conducting product demonstrations during school visits. Coordination with school teachers and internal teams will be required to ensure smooth academic delivery, but the core responsibility remains student learning and classroom execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver hands-on Robotics and Coding classes to K–12 students at client schools.
- Guide students during lab sessions, activities, competitions, and project-based learning.
- Conduct robotics product demonstrations during school visits and academic demos.
- Ensure effective classroom execution, student engagement, and learning outcomes.
- Support setup, usage, safety, and basic maintenance of robotics kits and labs.
- Coordinate with school teachers and academic staff for scheduling and smooth session flow.
- Provide on-ground academic and technical support during program implementation.




- Collect student and school feedback and share inputs with the curriculum team.
- Maintain basic session, school visit, and travel reports.
- Travel extensively across assigned schools and regions.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma / Bachelor’s in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Freshers/ Minimum 1 years of experience in teaching, training, robotics education, or EdTech delivery (more experience is a plus).
- Solid hands-on knowledge of robotics kits and coding platforms (Arduino, Scratch, Python, Raspberry Pi, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and teach children.
- Passion for education, practical learning, and field-based roles.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panvel, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
