- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Conduct induction and explain company policies.
Attendance & Payroll
- Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate payroll processing, incentives, commissions, and reimbursements.
- Maintain salary records and statutory compliance.
Employee Records
- Maintain employee files and HR databases.
- Update employment contracts and other HR documents.
- Track probation periods and confirmations.
Performance Management
- Monitor employee performance.
- Coordinate performance appraisals.
- Support employee training and development.
Employee Engagement
- Organize team meetings, events, and celebrations.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work setting.
- Promote employee retention initiatives.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain statutory records and documentation.
