Satisfying the customer to the core.

Key responsibilities

- Understanding the query of customer.
- Ability to interpret the problem and get the solution.
- Providing technical support to customer query onsite as well as on remote basis as required.
- Documentation as per company standard.
- Reports to be generated as per standard.
