JOB PROFILE:
1) Must have knowledge of procurement procedures like generating enquiries, offers, finalizing the order in consultation with the respective user departments.
2) Must have a fair knowledge of sources of raw materials, consumables etc.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) Taking procurement action after probing the market i.e. initiating the enquiries, compiling the statement and discussing with user departments for correctness of technical specifications and forward the final note to PD for approval.
2) Keeping a track on POs released for timely supply of materials required and upraise critical issues to the management.
EXPERIENCE:
BCom / BSc 5yrs exp procurement dept. of a large engineer industry
Preference will be given to candidates who have positive negotiation skills during procurement.
