- Manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate leads and drive sales through paid advertising.
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversions.
- Monitor budgets and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct audience research, retargeting, and A/B testing.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Agency experience is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
