CntrlM is Hiring — Video Editor & Videographer Interns

Duration: 3 Months Location: [On-site ]

About the Role

CntrlM's production team runs lean and fast — everyone here wears multiple hats, from scripting to shooting to editing to directing. If you want an internship where you're actually making things (not fetching coffee), this is it.

We're looking for two people to join us for 3 months:

Video Editor Intern

- Cut raw footage into polished, scroll-stopping content
- Work across formats — reels, long-form, promos
- Sound design, color grading, pacing — you'll touch it all
- Comfortable with Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut Pro

Videographer Intern

- Shoot on-location and studio content
- Handle camera, lighting, and basic audio setup
- Collaborate with the team on shot planning and direction




- Comfortable with DSLR/mirrorless setups and gimbal work

What We're Looking For

- A portfolio or reel (mandatory — no exceptions)
- Someone who can take feedback fast and iterate faster
- Willingness to work across roles when needed — this is a small team, not a big studio
- Based in or able to relocate to [Insert location] for the duration
