1. Teach, guide, and mentor B.Com., BBA, M.Com., MBA, and MA (Economics) students in core commerce, management, finance, accounting, marketing, HR, entrepreneurship, business analytics, and emerging business subjects.

2. Teach core commerce and management subjects such as Financial Accounting, Cost & Management Accounting, Business Economics, Business Law etc.

3. Guide students in academic projects, internships, industrial training, case studies etc.

4. Contribute to NAAC/NBA accreditation activities, curriculum development, academic documentation, quality assurance initiatives, workshops, Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), seminars, conferences, and departmental responsibilities. 5. Mentor students for placements, competitive examinations (UGC-NET, Banking, SSC, etc.), entrepreneurship development, industry interactions, internships, and skill enhancement programmes. *Eligibility:* Master's Degree (M.Com./MBA/MA Economics or equivalent)/NET/SET/Ph.D. as per UGC/AICTE/University norms will be preferred.

Pay: ₹21,600.00 - ₹39,100.00 per month
