Jeevan Rekha Hospital is a NABH-certified, 220-bed tertiary care multi-speciality hospital committed to providing high-quality, patient-centric healthcare services. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our clinical team.

Job Responsibilities

- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients admitted to the hospital.
- Provide emergency medical care and stabilize critically ill patients.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and allied healthcare professionals for effective patient management.
- Attend ward rounds and implement treatment plans prescribed by consultants.
- Prescribe medications and investigations as per clinical requirements and hospital protocols.
- Ensure timely documentation of patient history, examination findings, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the hospital.
- Maintain compliance with NABH standards, infection control practices, and hospital policies.
- Educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventive healthcare measures.





Eligibility Criteria

- MBBS degree from a recognized medical college/university.
- Mandatory registration with the West Bengal Medical Council (WBMC) or National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Experience

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in hospital medicine, emergency care, ICU, or general ward management will be preferred.
