Key Responsibilities

- Drive individual revenue targets through consultations, treatment conversions, and package sales.
- Manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the clinic team.
- Deliver exceptional patient experience and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Ensure achievement of clinic KPIs, including sales, conversions, retention, and service quality.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, inventory management, and vendor requirements.
- Maintain compliance with clinic SOPs, hygiene standards, and operational policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and share performance updates with management.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in clinic management, preferably in the aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetology, or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving individual sales targets.
- Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent operational and customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and clinic CRM software.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
