The MIS - Manager at SELCO will be a key resource for the MIS department to maintain the

current Open Source MIS platform provide support to the Users for day-to-day transactions,

a

- Manage day-to-day ERP operations and ensure smooth functioning of all ERP modules.
- Create, update, and maintain master data including employee, customer, vendor, inventory, and asset records.
- Provide first-level support to ERP users and resolve system-related issues.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors and technical teams for troubleshooting, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Monitor data accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by management.
- Conduct user training and provide guidance on ERP processes and best practices.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and system security permissions.
- Support HR, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Operations departments in ERP-related activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements.




- Maintain ERP documentation, user manuals, and process workflows.
- Assist in ERP implementation, testing, migration, and deployment of recent modules when required.

Competencies:

Technical/Professional

● BTech Computer Science/Information Technology or any stream with exposure to

software Coding , Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology

● 0- 3 years of Experience

● Ability to learn quickly from multiple subject areas and be a team player

● Familiarity in using Python, JavaScript, HTML

● Any knowledge of ERPNext/Frappe will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
