About BCI

Business Connect India Federation (BCI) is a leading business networking organization committed to helping entrepreneurs grow through networking, referrals, and learning opportunities. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller to generate leads, promote BCI memberships and support franchise expansion across Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to business owners and entrepreneurs.
- Generate leads for BCI Membership and Franchise opportunities.
- Invite prospects to BCI meetings, events and networking sessions.
- Explain BCI Membership plans, benefits and Franchise models.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Sales Team.
- Maintain calling records and update lead status in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling targets.
- Handle WhatsApp communication professionally.
- Submit Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and follow-up reports.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (Basic English preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Telecalling, Sales or Customer Handling experience will be an advantage.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and WhatsApp Web.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with business owners.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Details

- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Jamnagar (In-Person)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
- Additional Benefits: Performance-Based Incentives (Applicable)
- Training: Comprehensive training will be provided.
