Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working on application development tasks and collaborating with team members to ensure project success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams




- Lead data mapping and conversion activities
- Develop and maintain data mapping documentation
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the conversion process

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions
- Strong understanding of data mapping principles
- Experience with ETL tools for data conversion
- Knowledge of Workday integration technologies
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio
- Good To Have Skills: Workday Reporting & Analytics

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office
