Looking for a young and energetic financial advisor/ analyst to take control of the finances of a start up launching a 4 star hotel in North Bengaluru.
The candidate would be taking an active role within the core team in the development of the business plan, financial plan, profit & loss, and cashflow for the two projects currently in progress.
Liaising with financial institutions for fund raising would be a priority task, and further liasing with the sales team on the prepration of offers for inward investment in the project.
Previous experience in a position with similar responsibilities is highly desirable.
Excellent command of written and spoken English would be a distinct advantage. Must have a vehicle to remain mobile for site visits and client visits.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
