Applications are invited from motivated and eligible candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a research project funded by Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF). The engagement will be purely temporary and time bound, co-terminus with the project tenure.

Nature of Post
Post is purely temporary and co-terminus with project tenure. Appointment will be made initially for 1 year and further extendable subject to satisfactory performance. It would, therefore, not confer any right to any candidate for claiming extension or absorption in Department/University. However, the selected candidate will be encouraged to apply for the Ph.D.
program in university as per the available guidelines.

Emolument per month
As per ANRF norms (JRF fellowship shall be Rs. 37000/- per
month + HRA)

Qualification
Essential:
M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Physics, Applied Physics with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Desirable:
(i) CSIR-UGC NET or GATE Qualified
(ii) Positive Analytical Skills with knowledge of programming languages such as C++ or Python.
