We are hiring a skilled and proactive IT Admin Support to manage and support our IT infrastructure at our Bavla facility.

Key Responsibilities
✔Provide day-to-day IT support to employees across departments
✔Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and laptops
✔Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
✔Manage user accounts, email setup, and access permissions
✔Assist in maintaining LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity
✔Support ERP and internal business software users
✔Perform system updates and antivirus management
✔Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
✔Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and AMC
✔Assist senior IT team in server and network maintenance
✔Ensure timely issue resolution and minimal downtime

Required Skills
✔Basic knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office
✔Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN)




✔Hardware and printer troubleshooting skills
✔Email configuration (Outlook / Google Workspace)
✔Basic knowledge of antivirus and cybersecurity practices
✔ERP support experience preferred
✔Good communication and coordination skills
✔Strong problem-solving ability
✔Ability to handle multiple support requests efficiently

Educational Qualification
✔Any Graduate

Experience Required
2 to 4 Years of experience as an IT Admin Support, IT Administrator, or Network Administrator
