Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project delivery while ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure successful execution across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and product teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage resource planning, team allocation, workload balancing, and capacity forecasting.
- Track project KPIs, delivery metrics, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and senior management.




- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining transparent communication and resolving delivery-related issues promptly.
- Establish and improve delivery processes, governance, and quality standards.
- Mentor project managers, team leads, and delivery teams to promote continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Support pre-sales activities, effort estimation, project planning, and solution discussions when required.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Delivery Management, or Software Development Delivery.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, project planning, resource management, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Experience working with web, mobile, cloud, AI/ML, or enterprise software projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Positive understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern software architecture is an added advantage.
- Experience in effort estimation, budgeting, project forecasting, and delivery governance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications will be an added advantage
