Patent Professionals

We are looking for talented patent professionals for our Prosecution Teams, having work experience of 1-5 years

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electronics and Telecommunication, Information Technology, Electrical or related field) is the basic requirement and registration as “patent agent” is preferred.

Role:

Patent Prosecution - Analysing prior art documents cited in Office action/FER, preparing response to Office actions/FER, conducting hearing before the IPO and assisting attorneys for Examiners’ interviews at USPTO/EPO,



preparing notices of written statements/notices of oppositions/reply statements in pre and post-grant oppositions before the IPO, conducting hearings before the IPO in review, pre and post grant oppositions proceedings, preparing appeal/revocation documents and assisting counsels for conducting hearings before the concerned High Courts, assisting counsels on due diligence, claim construction and other matters related to patent litigation or transaction

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
