Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive to join our team for the night shift (in office). The candidate will handle administrative, operational, and coordination tasks to support smooth business operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Provide operational and administrative support to multiple departments
- Maintain and update stock records and assist in stock management activities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for task completion and follow-ups
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with proper prioritization
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company data




- Identify and resolve basic operational issues independently
- Support day-to-day back-office activities as required

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in night shift (on-site)

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)
- Prior experience in back-office, admin, or coordination roles (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to handle documentation and reporting tasks

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
