The Civil Purchase Executive is responsible for the timely procurement of civil construction materials, labour services, and related resources while ensuring cost optimization, quality, statutory compliance, and uninterrupted project execution.
Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience
3+ years of experience in civil construction procurement.
Required Skills
· Must be open for travelling
· Knowledge of civil construction materials and procurement processes.
· Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
· Experience in labour contractor coordination.
· Basic understanding of billing, estimation, BOQs, and civil drawings.
· Knowledge of procurement documentation and statutory compliance.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP software.
