Senior Manager / AGM Compressed Biogas (CBG) Project

Job Description :
Lead

end to end execution plan of Compressed Biogas (CBG) projects from Design review to Project commissioning.

Must be able to :

- Manage project requirement, scope, objectives with stakeholders.
- Prepare CBG plant mass/energy Balance and process control system.
- Prepare project execution schedule with EPC, Manufacture and Statutory Bodies.
- Manage Project Budget, Standards with coordination of internal team.
- Supervise Vendors, sub-contractors, Site team and prepare Quality Assurance plan.
- Ensure plant meet statutory compliance, regulatory requirement, PCB, PESO, ISO, FCO, State wise and GOI norms and Safety standards.
- Manage Automation System (PLC/SCADA) and ensuring integration for plant operation.
- Strategically plan to Manage consistent supply of Feedstock, final product distribution and optimizing workflow to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
- Deal with multiple Oil and Gas Companies for Gas Offtake.
- Coordinate with different fertilizer marketing companies for Organic manure sale.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on time and on budget project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and prepare ramp up plan.





Qualifications required:
Education: Diploma or B.E./B. Tech. Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Agriculture.

MBA: Project Management, waste Management, Food Processing, PMP/CAPM shall be an additional advantage.

Skillset required:

- Excellent managerial skills to work as Central Planner & manage large scale project in different states.
- Knowledge of P&ID;, SOPs, RFQ, PLC/SCADA-Control system.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Project Management and Planning.
- Familiarity with anaerobic digestion, Gas Purification and Compression Technology, Liquid Organic Manure / Organic Manure Distribution Planning and Management work.
- Feedstock supply Management and Planning work.
- Auto CAD, MS Project, Primavera is a bonus.

Experience:

- Overall Experience 15-18 Years in Project Planning and Management as Leader in field of CBG / Fertiliser / Dairy / Food Processing / Oil and Gas compression and Distribution, Compliance and Safety Management.
- Hands on minimum 2-5 Years Experience in Compressed Biogas (CBG) Project / Operation / Commissioning in Senior Management role.
